We use PA66 nylon base materials and glass fiber (GF) from imported suppliers or leading domestic brands. Each batch of incoming materials is tested for melt flow index, glass fiber content, and moisture content to ensure the basic performance of our products from the source.
The factory is equipped with multiple high-precision parallel twin-screw extrusion production lines, combined with self-developed molds and cooling and shaping systems, enabling stable production of I-Type, C-Type, T-Type, and various special-shaped thermal break strips. By precisely controlling extrusion temperature, pulling speed, and cooling water temperature, product dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.05 mm.
We have mastered the process of orienting glass fibers during extrusion, allowing some fibers to enhance longitudinal strength and others to improve transverse shear resistance. This enables the thermal break strips to maintain high tensile strength while being better suited to roll forming, reducing the risk of cracking during strip insertion.
We support two supply forms: straight strips (6-meter fixed lengths) and coiled strips (500 meters per roll). We can also provide value-added processing based on customer drawings, including non-standard length cutting, end chamfering, and laser coding (Logo, batch number, production date).
We have established a four-level quality inspection system covering “Raw Materials → In-Process → Finished Products → Shipment”:
In-Process Inspection: Cross-sectional dimensions and surface defects are sampled every half hour, with process parameters recorded;
Laboratory Testing: According to GB/T 23615.1-2017 or EN 14024 standards, each batch is tested for density, Shore hardness, longitudinal/transverse tensile strength (at room temperature, high temperature of 90°C, and low temperature of -30°C), water resistance, thermal aging, coefficient of linear expansion, and other properties to ensure that all indicators meet the required standards;
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Before shipment, appearance and dimensions are fully inspected according to AQL standards, and an English inspection report is provided with the goods.
All testing equipment, including universal testing machines, hardness testers, projectors, and temperature and humidity chambers, is regularly calibrated and traceable to national standards.
As a supplier, we can quickly respond to customer requirements for special cross-sections, colors such as gray and white, hardness grades, or packaging methods, providing one-stop service from drawings to mass production.
At the same time, we have accumulated extensive experience in profile slot design, strip insertion processes, and roll forming parameter optimization. We can assist customers in diagnosing on-site issues such as difficult strip insertion, cracking during roll forming, and insufficient shear strength, and provide practical adjustment suggestions to help improve finished product yield.
