In the insulation strip industry, the consistency and stability of the products are one of the most important indicators that overseas customers are concerned about. In terms of raw material control, Jinxing uses imported or first-class domestic PA66 nylon base materials and glass fibers (GF), and conducts tests on the melt index, glass fiber content, and moisture content of each incoming material from the source to ensure the basic performance of the products.
In the extrusion molding process, the factory is equipped with multiple high-precision parallel twin-screw extrusion production lines, combined with independently developed molds and cooling and shaping systems, to produce I-type, C-type, T-type, and various special-shaped insulation strips stably. By precisely controlling the extrusion temperature, pulling speed, and cooling water temperature, the product size tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm.
The glass fiber orientation technology is one of Jinxing's core processes. The company masters the orientation arrangement process of glass fibers during extrusion, making some fibers have longitudinal reinforcing strength and some fibers have enhanced shear resistance, thus allowing the insulation strips to maintain high tensile strength while being more suitable for rolling processing and reducing the risk of strip cracking.
In terms of quality control, Jinxing has established a four-level quality inspection system from "raw materials → online → finished products → shipment". Online inspections are conducted every half hour to test the cross-sectional dimensions and appearance defects; the laboratory conducts tests according to GB/T 23615.1-2017 or EN 14024 standards for density, Shore hardness, longitudinal/vertical tensile strength (at room temperature, 90°C high temperature, -30°C low temperature), water resistance, heat aging, and linear expansion coefficient for each batch; before shipment, a full inspection of appearance and size is carried out according to the AQL standard, and English test reports are provided with the goods. All testing equipment is regularly calibrated and traceable to national standards.
